1. When will this change take affect?
During the week of September 5th the text ads will be replaced on the search results pages by a larger graphical unit. The larger graphical unit will be temporarily populated by the eBay Keywords program, as well as by eBay merchandising and other paid advertisers.

On September 30th, the eBay Keywords program will end, and the ad inventory will no longer be available for the eBay Keywords program.

Example of Current Advertising Units
468x60 with Text Boxes: Currently Keyword advertisers have rotation in the 468x60 banner and two text boxes at the top of search results pages. The week of September 5th the 468x60 banner and two text boxes will be replaced by a larger graphical unit.



Example of Change to Larger Graphical Unit:
The week of September 5th the eBay Keywords program will change ad inventory from a 468x60 and two text boxes and move to a larger 728x90 ad unit through September 30th.



2. How can I check if I have funds left in my eBay Keywords account?
You can view your account information by going to ebaykeywords.com and logging into you account with your user name and password.

3. What is the deadline for using funds I deposited into my eBay Keywords account?
On September 30th the eBay Keywords program will end. AdMarketplace, the company that powers the eBay Keywords program, will honor unused cash funds to drive traffic to your listings from premium graphical advertising inventory and top tier search results on the internet outside of eBay.com. You do not have to take any action to take advantage of this transition offer, which will happen automatically at no additional cost on September 30th.

If you choose to opt out of the program and need to request a refund, or if you have any additional questions about the transition, you can email AdMarketplace at support@ebaykeywords.com.

4. How do I get a refund for the remaining cash balance in my eBay Keywords account?
To request a refund, please write to AdMarketplace at support@ebaykeywords.com
