How do I close my eBay Store?

Follow the steps listed below to close your eBay Store. Before doing so, please note the following:

  • All of your current Store Inventory listings (if any) will automatically end.

  • All of your current Online Auction and Fixed Price items will remain active until their ending date is reached or they are sold.

  • Your next invoice will include a prorated credit for the number of days left in your subscription billing cycle. If you have canceled your subscription during a free trial period, any outstanding subscription charges will be credited back to your account.

To close your eBay Store:

  1. Click the My eBay button at the top of the eBay Home page. You may be prompted to sign in.

  2. Click the “Subscriptions” link under the My Account section in the left navigation menu.

  3. Under "Active Subscriptions" click the "Cancel Subscription" link associated with your Store. You may be asked to provide your sign in information again.

  4. Click the Yes button.
