Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro: Archiving sales records
To keep the Sold view from becoming cluttered with sales that you’ve already handled, you can archive your sales records. If you don’t manually archive your sales records, Selling Manager automatically archives them for you after 90 days.
Tip: Your Archived view retains sales records from the current month and the preceding three months. To save your records for a longer period of time, consider downloading your sales records.
Archiving sales records
If you don't manually archive your sold listings within 90 days after they've sold, they will automatically be moved to your Archived view.
To manually archive a sales record:
In the Sold view, select the check box next to the record number you want to archive.
Click the Archive button.
Viewing archived records
The Archived view of Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro displays your sales records for the current month and the previous three months. As a default, the current month's sales records are displayed.
To search for archived items:
In the Archived view, select the month you want to view from the Period drop-down menu.
You can make changes to your archived sales records during the first three months. During the last archived month, you can't make changes, but can still email buyers and print invoices. After four months, the records will automatically be deleted from your view.
Updating archived records
To update a record from the Archived view, select the check box next to the record you want to update:

Move the record back to the Sold view.

Create a product and listing template.
Add a note for yourself—this note won't be visible to buyers.
You can also update the following information from the Archived view.
Shipping and payment status
You can update sales status through the sales record in the Sale Status & Notes section.
You can send the buyer an email during the first three months from the date of purchase.
Leaving Feedback for an archived record
You can leave Feedback for a buyer within 60 days from the date of purchase.
To leave Feedback for the buyer of an archived listing
In the Archived view, click the record number you want to leave Feedback for.
On the sales record page, click the Leave Feedback button.
Enter your comments and click the Leave Feedback button.
Printing an invoice for an archived record
To print an invoice for an archived record:
In the Archived view, click the sales record number you want to print.
From the sales record, click the Print Label or Invoice button.
Adding notes to an archived record
To add a note:
In the Archived view, click the record number of the listing you want to add a note for.
In the sales record under Miscellaneous Notes, enter a note for yourself.
Click the Save button to save the note. The note will display in the notes section of the sales record, and will only be visible to you.
