When you subscribe to Sales Reports Plus you're getting a tool that helps you optimize your sales performance and business on eBay. The subscription is free and lets you track details about:
Sales by ending time, ending day, and listing duration
Detailed summary of eBay and PayPal fees and credits
Subscription requirements
To subscribe to Sales Reports Plus, you need to have an eBay seller's account in good standing. There are no minimum requirements for Feedback or recent sales activity.
Be sure to subscribe on the same eBay country site where you're registered. For example, if you registered using the eBay Canada website, you need to use that website to subscribe to Sales Reports Plus.
Subscribing to Sales Reports Plus
Go to My eBay. You may need to sign in.
Place your pointer over the Account tab, and then click the Subscriptions link.
In the Available subscriptions section, click the Subscribe link for Sales Reports Plus.
Reports for eBay Store sellers
If you're an eBay Store seller, you receive Sales Reports Plus free as part of your Store subscription. You can activate your subscription by using the subscription steps listed above.
Canceling your subscription
We value our subscribers and hope you'll contact us first to address any issues before canceling your subscription.
If you cancel your subscription, your reports will no longer be available unless you re-subscribe within 45 days. If you re-subscribe within 45 days, you'll be able to access your historical reports again.
To cancel your Sales Reports Plus subscription:Go to My eBay. You may be asked to sign in.
Place your pointer over the Account tab, and then click the Subscriptions link.
In the Active subscriptions section, click the Cancel Subscription link for Sales Reports Plus.
