Basic fees

In Real Estate categories on eBay, you're charged an Insertion Fee according to the following table. In some cases, you are also charged a Notice Fee if your property sells.* The total cost of selling an item is the Insertion Fee plus the Notice Fee.

Note: Real Estate listings are also known as Classified Ad listings. Real Estate has a variety of rules to follow, please review the Real Estate topic for more information.

*You will not be charged a Notice Fee if:

There were no bids on your item.
If there were no bids that met your reserve price on your Reserve Price listing.
Your listing was in the Residential, Commercial, or Other Real Estate category.
Your item was listed using the Classified Ad (If you have a Classified Ad listing with the Best Offer option, then a Final Value Fee applies.)

Otherwise, you will be charged a Notice Fee, whether or not you carry out the sale with the buyer.

You can add the following optional features for a small fee to help increase bids and chances of selling success.

A note about eBay Fees

In the event your seller account is suspended for any reason, any amounts due on your Seller account will immediately become due and payable. eBay reserves the right to immediately charge any amounts that you have not previously disputed to the billing method that you are using.
Fees pay for the right to sell on eBay. Sellers do not purchase exclusive rights to Web pages on eBay. eBay may, in our sole discretion, and without your consent or payment to you, place third-party advertisements on any Web page within our site.
Insertion Fees and optional feature fees are charged at the time of listing and are non-refundable.
