• After you start your subscription, you will receive your first report within 72 hours. This report will contain data from the previous calendar month or the month before it, depending on what day of the month you started your subscription. For Sales Reports Plus subscribers, the Sales by Category page may take a little longer to be available than other pages.

• Subsequently, the report for any particular month will be available in the middle of the following month. For example, if you subscribe in November, your November report will be available in the middle of December. For Sales Reports Plus subscribers, your report for the current week will be available on Thursday of the following week.

If you chose to receive email notifications, an email will be sent to you when your latest report is available.
