Why are my items getting relisted automatically?
If your item is relisted for you and you're not sure why, you may have assigned a rule that automatically relists the item.
Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro let you automatically relist items by assigning automation rules. Once you've assigned a rule, the rule stays in effect until you remove it.
If you subscribe to Selling Manager, you can remove the automation rule in your Active or Scheduled view.
To remove an automation rule from a listing:
Locate the listing in your Active or Scheduled view.
From the Action drop-down menu on the right, select Remove Automation Rules.
Selling Manager Pro
If you subscribe to Selling Manager Pro, it's likely that you're using listing templates to sell items.
In this case, you need to remove the automation rule that's assigned to the listing template. Removing the rule from a listing in your Scheduled or Active view won't remove it from future listings created from the listing template.
To remove an automation rule from a listing template:
Locate the product and listing template in your Inventory view.
From the drop-down menu to the right of the template name, select Edit Automation Rules.
From the Rule drop-down menu, select No rule.
Tip: Some third-party tools that work with Selling Manager also offer relisting features. If you didn't set up any automation rules in Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro, check your third-party selling tools.
