If you sell multiple variations of an item, such as different sizes or colors, you can list them all in one multi-quantity fixed-price listing.
Multi Variation Merger is an app that can help you save time by quickly merging your existing listings. It's currently available for these Fashion categories: Clothing, Shoes & Accessories, Jewelry & Watches, and Health & Beauty.
Watch a video to see how it works.
When to use Multi Variation Merger
You should only merge items that are basically the same, but that vary in things like size and color.
Here are some examples:
A t-shirt that comes in different sizes and different colors. However, you shouldn't merge those t-shirts if one of them has a print, but the others are solid colors.
The same ring that comes in different sizes.
The same watch that comes in different colors.
Access Multi Variation Merger
The use of Multi Variation Merger is free for all sellers. (Standard fees apply to all merged and new listings.) Access it now.
Here's another way to access it:
Click the Application tab.
Click the Multi Variation Merger banner.
Select the listings you'd like to merge
We'll suggest groups of listings that can be merged into one listing. Select the listings you'd like to merge, and then click the right arrow button. The listings should appear in the box on the right hand side of the page. If you need to remove one of the listings, select the check box next to the listing, and click the left arrow button.
Once you're happy with the items you'd like to combine, click the Next button.
Review your new listing
We'll use the information from the first listing you selected to automatically pre-fill information in your new listing, such as the title, description, payment options, and returns policy.
You can choose another item to automatically pre-fill your information by clicking the Choose another item as your foundation item link.
You can also edit any of this pre-filled information directly on this page.
When you're ready, click the Preview button to see how your listing will appear to buyers. Click the List Item button to list your item.
When you end your listing, you'll see a confirmation message confirming your old listings have ended, and that the new multi-variation listing has been created.
Note: When you end your listings, you will not receive a refund for any fees already incurred. You will be required to pay the standard listing fees that would apply to both your old listings (the ones originally created by you) and new listings (the listings created through Multi Variation Merger).
Multi Variation Merger is not available for use with Turbo Lister or 3rd party listing tools.
