Are there other charges for using the Seller's Assistant products besides the monthly subscription fee?
You can use the Seller's Assistant tools to sell as many items as you want for the same flat monthly fee. Please note, however, that all normal fees related to selling on eBay still apply, including Insertion and Final Value Fees.
Yes! You can use Seller's Assistant Pro to sell on eBay with up to five User IDs, as long as those User IDs are solely for your own personal use. However, sharing your subscription account with others for use with their User IDs is prohibited.
Subscriptions for Seller's Assistant Basic and Pro are completely separate. However, all the functionality of Seller's Assistant Basic is contained in Seller's Assistant Pro, so a subscription to that tool should serve all your eBay sales management needs.
I have an older version of Seller's Assistant. How much does it cost to upgrade to the newer version?
Upgrades are free to all currently subscribed users.
How will I get billed for my monthly subscription?
The fee will automatically be added to your eBay account and will appear on your monthly invoice.
