In the unfortunate event you have an Unpaid Item, you can send a Second Chance Offer to any one of your non-winning bidders to try to complete your sale. Second Chance offers can be created immediately after a listing ends for up to 60 days. Sellers should ensure that everything has been done to resolve the issue with the high bidder before sending a Second Chance Offer to another bidder. See the Unpaid Items Process for details.
