Click the Add or remove options link.
Select the Show international services and options check box.
Click the Save button.
You can increase your chances of a sale, or sell at a higher price, by offering to ship your item to international locations. To specify international shipping, select each country or region you're willing to ship to, select a shipping service, and specify shipping costs.
If you're willing to ship your item internationally, but don't want to specify international shipping costs, select the regions you're willing to ship to from the Additional international locations pull-down menu. Buyers will contact you for shipping costs

Display it by customizing the form.
Note: If you don't want to offer international shipping, select the No international shipping option from the pull-down menu.
