• Listings that do not offer a genuine item according to eBay's listing policy

• Certain prohibited, questionable, and infringing items

The fee for using Home Page Featured is shown on the listing form. The Home Page Featured fee is charged per listing, and is in addition to other fees such as the Insertion Fee and Final Value Fee.
