If your item is associated with a product in our catalog, you'll be prompted to find a product using a unique identifier such as an ISBN for a book, a manufacturer's part number for an MP3 player, or a keyword such as brand or product name. If your item matches a product, you'll be offered stock product details and a photo for your listing description (recommended).
If you don’t find the item you’re selling, you can try these options:
Verify the information you entered is correct.
The product may not be in our catalog. To add it to our catalog and your description, click Add it to our catalog and fill out the form. The information you include will be added to your listing description.
To report any errors in the description, click Report an error on the Review product details or Create your listing pages, fill in the correct information and click Submit.
