If you do not wish to set up discounts in advance, or if your buyer requests the total amount to pay, you may still send a combined invoice for one or more items that the buyer has purchased from you within a 30-day period. To send a combined invoice to a particular buyer, click the "Send Invoice" link from the My eBay Items I've Sold view. From the Invoice page, you will see all the items the buyer has purchased, and you may choose which items you would like to send a combined invoice for.
You can send a combined invoice on any item regardless of your "Pay Now" (formerly Checkout) preferences. If your current preference is to "Show Pay Now button for PayPal only" (formerly Checkout Off), sending an invoice will enable the "Pay Now" button for those items. You will then be able to receive combined payment for your items. If you want to enable the Pay Now button for all of your listings, you may turn it on by going to the Preferences section in My eBay. Select the "Update selling payment preferences" link, and then select the "Show Pay Now button for all payment methods" option.
