Payment Total Option Buyer Edit Option You can allow winning buyers to edit the payment total to account for additional charges or discounts that you weren't able to specify up front (for example, extra shipping charges). If you choose this option, buyers will be able to edit a field when they review their purchase, as shown below:

If you choose this feature, make sure to specify payment instructions. These will be displayed prominently to buyers where they can enter the total to pay. If a buyer pays too little, you can ask him or her to pay the additional amount through any payment method. If the buyer paid through PayPal, you can add the extra amount in a PayPal invoice.
