Want more selling features? Explore the range of selling applications available to eBay sellers.

About the Apps Center

The Apps Center lists a variety of applications that can be integrated into My eBay and help you with your eBay activities.

These applications are developed by third parties, and in some cases by eBay. Applications that have been developed by eBay Certified Providers have the eBay Certified Provider Services icon. eBay Certified Providers excel at creating tools and services for eBay users.

The Apps Center includes descriptions of the applications and details about pricing and requirements.

Finding an application

You can explore the available applications for eBay to find ones that suit your business needs.

To find an application:
  1. Go to My eBay.

  2. Place your pointer over the Applications tab, and then click the Manage applications link.

  3. On the Manage applications page, click the Go to Apps Center link.

  4. On the Apps Center page, explore the applications by either:

    • Selecting a category of applications that interest you from the list under Selling Apps on the left side of the page

    • Using Search at the top of the page to enter keywords

    • Selecting the Featured application or browsing the Latest and Most popular lists of applications
Tip: If you need help finding an application, click the Search tips link to the right of the search box at the top of the page.

  5. Review the developer's description of the application's function and pricing, and learn about the developer.

See all the applications available.

Subscribing to an application

When you subscribe to an application, you are subscribing with the application developer, although we facilitate the subscription and use of the application. Learn more about pricing and payments for applications.

To subscribe to the application:
  1. In the Apps Center, click the application you're interested in.

  2. On the page that describes the application, click the View Plans button.

  3. Choose your subscription plan, or try out an application for a free trial period before you subscribe.

  4. Review and accept any terms of use and privacy policies, and then click the Continue button.

  5. Set up your automatic payments with PayPal.

What if I'm already subscribed to the developer's application?

You might have already subscribed to an application directly with the developer, and now you want to use the application in My eBay.

Here's what to do:

  1. Unsubscribe from the application with the developer, and then subscribe to the version in My eBay.

  2. When subscribing to the My eBay version, you'll need to specify your payment method again, but your billing account will still be active. After you re-subscribe to the My eBay version, your billing account will show both the old statement from the developer subscription and new statement from your eBay subscription.

Starting your application

After you've subscribed to an application, you can open it from My eBay.

To open an application:
  1. Go to My eBay.

  2. Place your pointer over the Applications tab, and then choose the name of the application from the drop-down menu.

Unsubscribing from an application

Before you cancel a subscription, we recommend you contact the developer of the application to get help using the application or resolve any questions you might have.

If you decide to unsubscribe, follow these steps:
  1. Go to My eBay.

  2. Place your pointer over the Applications tab, and then click the Manage applications link to see a list of all the applications you're subscribed to.

  3. Click the Other actions link, and then select Unsubscribe.

Applications you've recently unsubscribed from are listed under Unsubscribed applications (last 60 days). You can subscribe again or contact the application developer for assistance.

Contacting the developer

For help with any of the applications in the Apps Center, contact the developer of the application directly. The developer of each application knows the application best and is uniquely qualified to help you with it.

To contact the developer:
  1. Go to My eBay.

  2. Place your pointer over the Applications tab, and then click Manage applications link.

  3. Click the Start button.

  4. Select Customer support from the Help menu.

Note:  You can also click the Contact support link from the Other actions list under the Start button.

If you've already contacted the developer

If you've contacted the developer, haven't reached a resolution, and feel that the application's performance was overstated or the description of the application wasn't accurate, contact us to report the application. We'll review your report and determine what action is appropriate.

To contact us:
  1. Go to My eBay.

  2. Place your pointer over the Applications tab, and then click the Manage applications link.

  3. In the Your applications section, click the Other actions link under the Start button for the application you want to report.

  4. Click Report this application from the drop-down menu and fill out the form. Describe the issue, and select one of the reasons you're reporting the application:

    • Application unavailable

    • Application does not work as described

    • Application violates privacy policy

    • Other issues

  5. Click the Submit button.

Including your application in the Apps Center

If you've developed an application you'd like to share with eBay sellers through the Apps Center, look for the Are you a developer? section on the left side of the Apps Center page.

Understanding your subscription status

The status of an application tells you whether your subscription is currently active. Here is what each status means:

  • Pending means that we're in the process of setting up your subscription. If your status remains pending for longer than 15 minutes, please contact the application developer.

  • Active means that your subscription is ready and you can use the application. Paid subscriptions with an active status will appear on your monthly invoice.

  • Pending cancellation means that you have requested that we cancel your subscription. However, if you subscribe to an application that isn't prorated, you'll have access to the application until you have used up the time you paid for. For example, if you subscribe to an application for one month, but you cancel the subscription after one week, you will be able to access the application for the whole month. You can find the end date of your subscription on the Manage applications page. Note: If you need to cancel an application immediately, please contact the developer directly. While your subscription is pending cancellation, the application's developer will continue to have access to your eBay data.

  • Cancelled means that you can no longer use the application, and that the application's developer no longer has access to your eBay data.  Once a subscription is cancelled, the last charge for it will appear on your next billing statement.

  • Suspended means that you have been temporarily blocked from using the application. This usually means your payment wasn't successful or that there is some other problem with your account. Please contact the application developer to resolve the problem and reinstate your account. Suspended applications continue to be billed.

To view the status of your subscription:
  1. Click My eBay at the top of most eBay pages. You may be asked to sign in.

  2. Place your pointer over the Applications tab, and click the Manage applications link. Your status will be indicated near the top of the page.
