How do I send my buyer an invoice?
You can send an invoice up to 30 days after the listing ends.
To send an invoice to your buyer:
Click the My eBay button at the top of any eBay page.
Click the Sold link on the left side of the page.
Find the item for which you want to send an invoice.
In the Actions drop-down menu, select Send Invoice.
Click the Send Invoice link on the top of the next page.
If the amount due changes, you can send an updated invoice as long as the buyer hasn't paid for the item yet.
If your buyer requests the total amount due, you'll receive an email containing the buyer's shipping address. You can click the link in the email to create and send your buyer an invoice for the total amount.
Tip: For eBay Stores items, you can send an invoice once your buyer requests the payment total. Your buyer has already committed to purchasing the item and your inventory has been deducted.
What if I don't see the Send Invoice option?
If it's been less than 30 days since the listing ended and you can't find the Send Invoice option, it might be because you're using Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro.
To send a revised invoice using Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro:
Click My eBay at the top of most eBay pages. You may need to sign in.
Click the Sold link in the Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro section on the left side of the page.
Click the record number of the listing for which you want to send a revised invoice, or use the More actions drop-down menu and select View Sales Record.
Make your changes and click Recalculate.
Add any notes for the buyer and click the Save button.
