To quickly find the answers to your questions, click the “Help” link at the top of any eBay page. You'll come to the Help Center, where you can search or browse the Help topics to find the information you need. You can bookmark, print and save the information you find.

To contact Customer Support by email, click the “Contact Us” link located on the left side of any Help page and at the bottom of most Help pages. This will take you to a page where you can choose the topic of your email. Choosing a topic helps us direct your question to the representative who can best assist you.

Note: Depending on the nature of your question, it can take from 24 to 72 hours to receive an email response from Customer Support.

To chat live with a Customer Support representaive, you can use Live Help. The “Live Help” link is located at the top of the eBay.com Home page (as shown below) and several other prominent eBay pages, including the Sell Your Item form.

eBay does not have a general support phone number. However, using Live Help will connect to a special private chat room, where you can ask an eBay representative your question—live!

IMPORTANT: If you use a pop-up blocker, you may want to allow pop-ups for the eBay site to ensure complete display of information and interactive eBay functionality including eBay’s Live Help.
