Forgot your user ID or password?
If you forgot your user ID, you can sign in with the email address associated with your account.
If you forgot your password, you can create a new one. Your old password will remain active until you create a new password.
Unable to reset your password?
If you think someone has used your account without your permission and you can't sign in or reset your password, contact us immediately:
Click Customer Support at the top of most eBay pages.
Click the Contact eBay tab.
In the New to eBay, or need help signing in? area, click Continue.
Place your pointer over Account, and then click Someone has used my account.
Click Call us on the right side of the page.
