You can view and manage all of your eBay selling activities from a central location — the My eBay All Selling page.
For example, you can:
View Selling Reminders
Manage items that are scheduled to list
Manage items you’re currently selling
Manage items you’ve sold
Manage unsold items
Selling Reminders are like a to-do list for your eBay selling activities. You can check Selling Reminders to see how many buyers are requesting a payment total, how many items you need to ship, how many items you're awaiting payment on, and more. The Sold Totals feature of Selling Reminders gives you the total number of items you’ve sold and the amount you've earned in the time period you choose.
From the left column of My eBay, click the “All Selling” link.
Optional: To complete the task described in the reminder, or to get more details, click a Selling Reminder link. To change the time period, use the menu.
You can view a list of the items you scheduled to start at a future time (pending items). Since these items are currently pending, you can preview and edit them.
From My eBay, click the “Scheduled Items” link, and do any of the following:
To preview how an item will look to buyers when it starts, click the item title.
To edit an item, in the Action column, click the “Edit” link.
To change the date and time your pending item will begin, select the checkbox next to the item and click the Reschedule button at the bottom of the view. When you reschedule an item, you can also choose to delay the listing start times of multiple items at an interval you specify, from one to 30 minutes.
To add a personal and private note to an item, from the appropriate view, select the checkbox for the item, click the Add Note button, type your note, and click the Save button. Learn more about adding a note to an item.
You can view key information for all your items currently for sale on eBay including current price, number of watchers, number of bids, and current high bidder using the links in the upper left corner of the Items I'm Selling View. You can choose to see all items you're selling, or just those that are with bids/reserve met, with offers, or are without bids/reserve not met.
Note: Without bids/reserve not met means your item has either received no bids or has not received any bids over your reserve price.

You can view information about your item listings that ended in a successful sale including the buyer, sale price, sale date, and quantity sold on the Items I’ve Sold view. You can select the date range using the menu in the upper right corner of the view.
You can use the links in the upper left corner of the Items I've Sold view to choose to see all items you've sold, or just those that are awaiting payment, awaiting shipping, or awaiting feedback.
