Account Summary

You can use your account summary to review your latest invoice amount, amount due, and current balance.

Latest invoice amount
This amount shows how much you owed on your most recent monthly billing date. To see the details of your latest invoice, select the invoice from the Select Invoice drop-down menu and click Go.

Note: Your latest invoice amount doesn't change until your next invoice -- even if you make a payment, receive a credit, or list or sell more items.

Credits, payments, refunds, and payment reversals applied to your last invoice
These amounts include any payments, payment reversals, refunds, refund reversals and credits that have been applied to your last invoice. These amounts don't include credits applied to fees that haven't been invoiced yet.

You can click Credits, Payments, Refunds or Payment Reversals to see more details about each category:

  • If you click on Credits you'll see the transactions that make up the total credits that were applied to your latest invoice.

  • Clicking Payments shows only the payments you made and doesn't include payment reversals.

  • Clicking Refunds shows the refunds made to you and applied to your source of payment. This amount includes refund reversals.

  • Clicking Payment Reversals shows unsuccessful or disputed payments applied to your balance after your latest invoice

You can click the tabbed links to switch between the credits, payments, and refunds screens.

Note: When we issue a credit, it's applied to your invoice balance. When we issue a refund, it's sent to your source of payment (e.g credit card, checking account, or PayPal account).

Amount due / Total amount
If you have a credit balance on your account, it will be labeled as “Total Amount” and no payment is due. Otherwise, you'll see an "Amount Due", which is the amount due on your latest invoice, after accounting for recent credits applied to your previous invoices, payments, refunds, and reversals. To help prevent overpayments, this amount doesn't include any new fees or credits to new fees since your last invoice.

New activity not applied to invoice
This amount shows the total of any new fees, credits to new fees, and other charges since your last invoice.

Current balance
Your current balance is the total of your amount due and your new activity. Your current balance will reflect any activity on your account.

Note: If your amount due and current balance is listed as "temporarily unavailable," that means we're currently creating your monthly invoice. Check back in 24-48 hours.
