How do I leave Feedback?

We encourage members to leave Feedback after each transaction. Even though it's voluntary, leaving Feedback builds trust and lets other members know about your experience.

After your transaction, you have a full 60 days to leave Feedback.

To leave Feedback:

  1. Visit the Feedback Forum.

  2. Click the Leave Feedback link on the right side of the page. You may be asked to sign in.

You can also use My eBay to leave Feedback.

Buyers can leave a positive, neutral, or negative rating, plus detailed seller ratings. Sellers can leave a short comment and positive ratings only for their buyers. Find out more about how Feedback works.
