Detailed Seller Ratings

Detailed seller ratings provide a more complete picture of the member’s performance as a seller.

When buyers leave an overall Feedback rating (positive, neutral, or negative) for a seller, they can also leave detailed seller ratings in four areas: item as described, communication, shipping time, and shipping and handling charges.

The detailed seller rating system is based on a one- to five-star scale. Five stars is the highest rating, and one star is the lowest rating.

The detailed seller ratings table shows the seller’s average ratings and the number of ratings they’ve received. Average ratings are computed on a rolling 12-month basis, and will only appear when at least ten ratings have been received.

Note: Transactions in motor vehicle categories cannot be rated on “shipping time” and “shipping and handling charges.” Vehicle shipping is typically arranged by the buyer through a shipping company unrelated to the seller, so the seller is generally not involved with vehicle shipping.

Transactions on Half.com are not eligible for detailed seller ratings because sellers use a more standardized selling process.
