After you win an item, the Pay Now button is usually the fastest way to pay your seller. The Pay Now button appears after you win an item. You can see this button on the item page, from My eBay, and in the confirmation email you receive from eBay.
However, if you aren’t able to pay for an item because you are missing total cost information or have questions about the final price, you can request the total from the seller. To do so, click the "Request total from seller" link on the Review Your Purchases page when you use the Pay Now button to purchase your item on eBay. You can also click the “Request Total” link on the item page or from My eBay.
If you have a question unrelated to the final costs of your purchase, you can click the “Contact Seller” link on the item page.
If you have tried the options above and are still unable to get a response from your seller, you can request additional contact information directly from eBay.
Click the "Advanced Search" link at the top of most eBay pages.
Click the "Find Contact Information" link under Members on the left side of the page.
Enter the seller's User ID and the Item number.
Click the Search button.
Note: In order to obtain contact information from another member you have to have a transaction in common.
Your Contact Information
Make sure eBay always has your current contact information, such as email address, phone number, and mailing address so that your sellers can contact you after you win an item.
If your correct information isn’t on file, keep in mind that the seller might be trying to contact you using inaccurate contact information.
