What's My eBay?
My eBay lets you track your buying and selling activity, send and receive secure emails, and update your account information. If you trade with any regularity, you'll want to go to My eBay when you sign in.
To use my eBay:Click My eBay at the top of most pages.
Click the Activity, Messages, or Account tab to get started.
Activity tab: Tracking what you buy and sell
Use the links on the left side of the Activity tab to track your buying and selling activity.
The links are organized into three main sections:
Buy—for tracking items that you’ve purchased or bid on, as well as items that you’re watching.
Sell—for tracking items that you’re selling or previously listed for sale.
Tip: The Shortcuts section, which appears farther down on the left side of the page, lets you quickly go to other eBay pages. Take advantage of this time-saver by editing the shortcut list to include the pages you use the most. Learn more about customizing My eBay.
Messages tab: Viewing and responding to messages
The Messages tab displays messages you’ve received from eBay or other eBay members.
If you receive a message from eBay at your registered email address, you’ll also find a copy of it in your Messages in My eBay. This duplicate message in My eBay verifies that the email is authentic and not a spoof (fake) email.

Account tab: Viewing or updating account details
When you click the Account tab, the summary view comes up automatically, which displays your financial and billing information. You can return to the summary view at any time by clicking the "My account" link on the left side of the Account tab.
You can view and update other areas related to your account by clicking the links on the left side of the Account tab.
Personal Information |
Update your account, contact, and financial information. |
Addresses |
Update your registration, payment, and shipping addresses. |
Notification Preferences |
Choose how and when you receive notifications from eBay about your buying and selling activities. This is also the place to choose any newsletters and promotions you want to receive. |
Site Preferences |
Update your selling, member-to-member communication, and other preferences. |
Seller Dashboard |
Keep track of how you’re doing as an eBay seller. Learn more about your Seller Dashboard. |
Feedback |
Keep track of Feedback you’ve received and Feedback you need to leave for others. Learn more about Feedback. |
PayPal account |
View secure views of your PayPal account information. |
Half.com Account |
Access and manage your Half.com account information. |
Seller Account |
View billing information for your seller fees, along with links to payment methods. |
Donation Account |
Go to eBay Giving Works, where you can make donations, request tax receipts, and more. |
Subscriptions |
Learn about and subscribe to tools for selling and buying on eBay. |
Resolution Center |
Resolve problems with other members. Learn more about the Resolution Center. |
