Here are some simple things you can start doing today:
Toot your horn
Update your About Me and My World pages to let your loyal customers know all about your eBay Giving Works activity (find out how to update your About Me and My World pages).
Say it with an email
Add a custom signature to your email with a link to your eBay Store or, if you're a nonprofit, a link to your About My Nonprofit page. Or if you send your customers regular e-newsletters, consider adding a link there.
Showcase your listings
Do you have an eBay Store? Create a category just for your eBay Giving Works listings—people will see.
Display a banner
eBay Giving Works has free banners and buttons for you to download and place on your website, e-newsletter, promotion emails, and print materials. Simply agree to the terms and conditions for using the banners, and you'll be set!
Ask to be featured
Planning a special charity listing event or fundraising drive with eBay Giving Works? You can request to be featured on our homepage.
To have your event featured, there are just a few things to keep in mind:
- Only listings created with eBay Giving Works can be featured
- Events should have predicted sales of at least $1,000
- Graphics need to link to an eBay About Me Page or eBay Store
- Be sure to send your submission at least two weeks in advance
- If your request is approved, we'll send you an email to confirm
Please note: You'll need to provide us with the graphic. We'll review it for content and space availability, and while we can't guarantee placement for everyone, we'll do our best to accommodate your submission.
