When is it?
Starting Tuesday, January 23, 2007 between 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second on January 23, 2007) and ending on Thursday, January 25, 2007 at 23:59:59 PT(11:59 PM plus 59 seconds).
What are the fees?
For Auction-style and Fixed-Price listings, the fee for Gallery Plus will be 50% off on the U.S. site www.ebay.com. When you use Gallery Plus, an Enlarge icon will display right below your Gallery image on search results pages. A buyer can click or hover over the icon with their mouse, and a larger version of the picture will appear.(Please note that Gallery Plus is only available for images hosted through eBay Picture Services). Gallery Plus includes Gallery for free.

Please see the chart below for details. Listings created prior to January 23, 2007 that are scheduled to start during the promotional period will be eligible to receive the promotional rate.

What is excluded?
This promotion will not apply to the following types of listings: All eBay Motors listings (including Parts & Accessories, Passenger Vehicles, Motorcycles, Power Sports, Other Vehicles), International, Live Auction, Professional Services, Real Estate, Ad Format and Store Inventory listings.

The promotional rate does not apply to listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotion January 23 - 25 2007, but scheduled to start after the promotion ends January 25, 2007.

** Listing Upgrade fees: Buy It Now, Gallery Featured, Listing Designer, Gift Services, Scheduled Listings, Reserve listing fee, List in 2 Categories Fee, Picture Services, Picture Pack, Slide Show, Supersize Pictures, extended duration surcharge for Auction-style and Fixed Price listings.
