We've integrated many of the great features from eBay Express onto eBay.com. In addition, we’ve made some big improvements to areas of eBay.com such as search, checkout, and seller standards. Now that the two sites are so similar, we have made the decision to retire eBay Express and concentrate all our inventory and buyer traffic in a single site: eBay.com.

If you’re a recent buyer, there should be no problems with your order – all eBay Express sellers are still sellers in good standing on eBay.com. To review your order, go to My eBay and click Won under the “Buy” heading.

If you’re an eBay Express seller, you don’t need to do anything. We’re sending the buyers that normally shop on eBay Express to eBay.com.

	I enjoyed shopping from many of the eBay Express sellers and like their merchandise. What happens to those sellers? Not to worry – all eBay Express sellers are still operating on eBay.com, and their inventory is on eBay.com for you to search, browse and buy.
	I purchased an item on eBay Express just before it was retired. Will I still receive my item? Sellers are still obliged to fulfill all purchases from eBay Express. You can track your eBay Express orders from the last 60 days in My eBay. You can also contact your sellers from My eBay. In My eBay, under the Won section, you'll see all the items you've bought on eBay and eBay Express during the last 60 days. To contact the seller, click the Take action link, and choose Contact seller.
	It's been more than 10 days since I purchased my item and it hasn't arrived. What should I do? Please contact the seller. You'll find their contact information in your order confirmation email, or you can contact them from My eBay. If you haven't been able to contact the seller within 10 days, please file a PayPal transaction dispute. To do this, sign into PayPal and go to the Security Center.
	I was dissatisfied with my eBay Express purchase and sent it back to the seller, but I haven't received a refund. What should I do? If you have contacted the seller, and you haven't been able to come to a resolution, please file a PayPal dispute. To do this, sign into PayPal and go to the Security Center.
	How can I contact a seller I purchased from before eBay Express was retired? You should be able to find the seller's contact information in the order confirmation email we sent you after making the purchase. If the seller's contact information is incorrect or missing from the email, you can contact the seller from My eBay. In My eBay, under the Won section, you'll see all the items you've bought on eBay and eBay Express during the last 60 days. To contact the seller, click the Take action link, and choose Contact seller.
	I'm not an eBay member. How can I access information about my eBay Express purchases after eBay Express is retired? Sign into eBay using your eBay Express user ID and password. You'll be asked to complete the eBay registration process. After you've done this, you'll see an eBay welcome message. Click the My eBay link at the top of the page (you may be asked to sign in again for security reasons). In the Won section, you'll see details of the items you've purchased on eBay Express in the last 60 days. To contact the seller, click the Take action link and choose Contact seller.
	One thing I enjoyed about eBay Express was that my purchase was covered in full if I didn't receive the item, or if the item was significantly not as described. Will you be offering the same protection on eBay.com? Yes, we are pleased to announce that all eligible purchases on eBay.com paid for with PayPal are covered to the full protection price, plus original shipping costs, in the event of the item not arriving, or being significantly not as described.
