An invoice is generated once a month for you. You will also receive an invoice notification email when your invoice is available for viewing (either at the beginning of the month or on the 16th, depending on your billing cycle). This email will include your amount due. |

If you have an automatic payment method, the balance due will be automatically deducted from the payment method you have on file. This deduction will be reflected immediately on site as well as in your next invoice. |

If your outstanding balance is below $1, your invoice will not be generated, but you will be able to view your account activity in Account Status. |

You can view your invoices for the past 18 months in the Seller Account section of My eBay. The invoice displayed in My eBay is always in HTML. Monthly invoice notifications are in text format only. |
