eBay Now lets you shop local sellers on eBay, schedule a time today or tomorrow that works best for you, and a local valet will hand-deliver your items to you.

Where is eBay Now available?

eBay Now is available in New York, Chicago, Dallas, and many parts of the San Francisco Bay Area.

How do I find products eligible for eBay Now?

Visit ebay.com/now to browse all of the items on eBay that are available for same day and next day delivery. Alternatively, you can also use the "Same or next day delivery" filter in the ebay.com search page left-hand navigation or the "Nearby" filter on eBay mobile apps to limit your search results whenever you're shopping on eBay.

When will I receive my order?

You choose the delivery time that works best for you during check out.

What are the delivery hours?

Local delivery hours vary from market to market. The scheduling tool at check out allows you to see exactly which times are available in your market for any given delivery on any given day.

When can I place an eBay Now order?

You can place an eBay Now order anytime. Delivery times are dependent on the operating hours of the store from which you are ordering, and valet availability.

Is there an extra charge if I order multiple items from a store?

No. Order as many items as you like from the same store, and we'll deliver it all at once for just $5.

Is there an additional delivery charge if I order from multiple stores?

Yes. Our delivery fees are based upon the number of stores at which the valets need to stop. One order from one store is $5. One order from two stores is $10. Two separate orders from the same store is $10.

How do I check the delivery status?

You can check the status of your delivery on My eBay on the web or in the eBay mobile apps. (Note: We encourage you to provide your phone number so we can contact you should any issues arise in the course of delivering your order.)

Can I change the delivery address?

You set your delivery address when checking out on eBay. If you wish to change your delivery address while the order is in progress, please contact support@now.ebay.com. We will do our best to re-route the order in time.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes. If there's no one there to meet the valet during your scheduled delivery time, the valet will bring the item(s) back to the store and you'll receive a refund for your order—excluding the delivery fee. Valets will not leave packages outside buildings or in mailboxes unless specifically stated in your delivery instructions.

Should I tip the valet?

No, there's no need to tip the valet.

Can I cancel an order?

Please contact support@now.ebay.com to cancel your order. If the valet is already en route from the store, delivery charges will still apply.

What if I miss my delivery?

We will contact you through the contact information you provided to alert you of the delivery attempt. If we are unable to reach you, the valet will bring the item(s) back to the store and you'll receive a refund for your order—excluding the delivery fee. You will need to place the order again if you still want the item(s).

How do I return an item?

Returns are easy. Contact returns@now.ebay.com for details regarding your order. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase and you should double-check the store's return policy for details.
