3. SWEEPSTAKES TIMING/DESCRIPTION: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on July 7, 2011 and ends 11:59:59 PM PT on September 30, 2011 (the "Promotion Period"). Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing each week ("Weekly Drawings") from among all eligible entries received for each respective week. Included in the WeekIy Drawings will be a separate random drawing to award two (2) Apple® iPad 2 prizes each week from among all eligible entries submitted via the eBay website method of entry and via the Wireless Mobile Device method of entry and received for each respective week during the Promotion Period. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded at the end of the Promotion Period from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Upon completion of the survey, you must submit your email address associated with your eBay account to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per email address per category per week during the Promotion Period. Subsequent entries received by the same person/email address in the same category in the same week are void. Entries must be received by dates/times stated in the Entry Chart below in order to be eligible for each Weekly Drawing. Upon completion of the survey, you must submit your email address associated with your eBay account to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per email address per category per week during the Promotion Period. Participation in this Sweepstakes by wireless mobile device means that Eligible Participant understands that he/she may receive (and, in the event he/she does receive, he/she consents to receive) additional messages by mobile device relating to this Sweepstakes, including notifying Eligible Participant if he/she is a winner, which may be subject to charges pursuant to Entrant's carrier's rate plan. Entries must be received by dates/times stated in the Entry Chart below in order to be eligible for each Weekly Drawing. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM PT on September 30, 2011 in order to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Entries that have been generated by a script, macro, bot or any other automated means will be deemed void. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If a dispute results as to the identity of an online entrant, it will be determined that the online entry was submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address from which the entry is made. For these purposes, the authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. If a dispute results as to the identity of a Facebook entrant, it will be determined that the Facebook entry was submitted by the authorized account holder of the Facebook ID from which the entry is made. The promotional Website's database clock will be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. If an entrant changes his/her telephone number, email address, and/or street address after he/she enters the Sweepstakes, it is his/her sole responsibility to notify the Sweepstakes Administrator by (postal) mailing notice to the Administrator's address (listed below) to be received by the end of the Promotion Period.

6. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS: Fifty (50) potential winners will be selected in Weekly Drawings from among all entries received each week based on the dates stated in the Weekly Entry Chart above. Two (2) potential winners will be selected in Weekly Drawings from among all entries submitted via the eBay website and via Wireless Mobile Device methods of entry and received each week based on the dates stated in the Weekly Entry Chart above. Entries received for each Weekly Drawing will not be eligible for subsequent Weekly Drawings. One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 10/3/11 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawings will be conducted by Tenthwave Digital LLC, an independent judging organization, in Melville, NY. Judges'/Sponsor's decisions are final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential Weekly Drawing winners ("Weekly Winners") will be notified by electronic mail and/or overnight or U.S. mail and/or telephone on or about the dates stated in the Weekly Entry Chart above. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by electronic mail and/or overnight or U.S. mail and/or telephone on or about 10/3/11. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and where legal, a publicity release, and Federal and State tax release, and return these documents, properly executed, within forty-eight (48) hours via fax, and via U.S. Mail, within seven (7) days of issuance of notification. Potential Weekly Prize winners may be required to verify their mailing address prior to issuance of prize. Non-compliance within this time frame, or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in the entrant being disqualified, and the prize will be awarded to a potential alternate winner. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of merchandise prize. Odds of winning a prize in a Weekly Drawing depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each respective Weekly Drawing. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Limit one Weekly prize per person/email address. 7. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: A 5-day, 4-night trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, NV to attend the 2011 SEMA Show on November 1st through November 4th 2011. Prize includes round-trip, coach class air transportation from a major Gateway airport nearest the winner's home, double-occupancy hotel accommodations at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, transportation to and from airport and $10,000 PayPal cash deposit. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $12,400. Actual value of trip prize depends upon the city of departure, time of travel, any airfare fluctuations and on current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment, and any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value if any, will not be awarded. See "Travel Restrictions" section below for further information. Weekly Prizes: Fifty (50) prizes awarded each week for 13 weeks for a total of 650 Weekly Prizes: A $25 deposit into the winner's PayPal Account. ARV: $25/each. Two (2) prizes awarded each week for 13 weeks for a total of 26 Weekly Prizes: An Apple® iPad 2 16 GB with Wifi. ARV: $500/each. Total ARV of all prizes: $41,650. Winner of $25 deposit in a PayPal account must have or must create a United States PayPal Account in good standing (the "PayPal account") in order to receive, access, and use the prize. A prize will not be awarded to a winner with a locked, closed or restricted account. If you are an existing PayPal customer, your prize will be deposited in the PayPal account associated with the email address you provided. If the email address you provided is not associated with your PayPal account, you must associate it with your PayPal account within 7 days from time of prize notification. If you do not currently have a PayPal.com account, you must create a PayPal account within 7 days from the time of prize notification to qualify. Follow directions at www.PayPal.com to sign up for an account. Prize will be deposited in the winner's PayPal account on or about November 1, 2011.

   Any and all guarantees and warranties on merchandise prize are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty or guarantee claim.

   All taxes and any other costs not specifically stated within these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted, except that Sponsor at its sole discretion, may substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Specifics of the prizes are in sponsor's sole discretion. All claimed prizes will be awarded. If winner is 18 years of age but deemed a minor in his/her state or place of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian.

   If any part of the event is unable to take place as planned, for any reason, including but not limited to, cancellation, scheduling conflicts or an event of force majeure, the remaining components of the prize will be awarded and Sponsor's obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. Tickets awarded as part of a prize are subject to the terms and conditions stated on such tickets.

   Limit one Weekly Prize per person/email address.

   iPad 2 is a registered trademark of Apple, Inc., which is neither a Sponsor of nor affiliated with this Sweepstakes and has not otherwise licensed, endorsed or approved of this Sweepstakes.

   Travel Restrictions
   Winner and guest must be able to travel on date specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If a travel guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses. Winner, guest or parent or legal guardian of minor guest must sign travel release prior to traveling. Trip is subject to air/hotel availability and confirmation of reservations; certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. The trip may not be combined with any other offer. Airline and flight times to be selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion. One or more stopovers may be required on air transportation. Winner and guest must travel together at the same time on the same itinerary. Air transportation, if applicable, and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Once trip dates have been booked, no change, extension or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner must confirm available travel dates and flight times selected by the Sponsor at least three (3) weeks prior to travel dates. No extension or change of trip dates permitted. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or similar items once they are in winner's possession, or in the possession of winner's guest. If the winner lives within 100 miles of prize destination city, the air transportation portion of the prize will not be awarded and ground transportation will be substituted and no additional compensation will be provided. Winner and guest must possess valid ID and are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents (passport, etc.) in order to travel. Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and Tenthwave Digital LLC ("Sweepstakes Entities") shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. All airline tickets issued in conjunction with prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles. Prize components cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, and no portion may be separated except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize conditions may be added or modified by companies providing those portions of the prize. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the affidavit and release and/or prize travel documents. Costs for room and tax only based on one room with double occupancy; meals, telephone calls and other incidentals are not included.
8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. Use of any eBay Site and Sponsor's use of information submitted by entrants in connection with this Sweepstakes will be subject to the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules as well as to the eBay Users Agreement and Privacy Policy available on the eBay Site. You will not be eligible for the Sweepstakes if your accounts on any eBay Site are not in good standing. In order for your accounts to be deemed in good standing as that term is used herein, you must not have a hold on your account and your account must not be suspended or past due as of July 5, 2011. All materials submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, eBay User ID, image, likeness, photograph, voice and biographical material and entry submission for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor, or a party designated by Sponsor, in any and all media now or hereafter known including but not limited to, any online announcements, or for sharing this information with the press for viewing, whether TV or print, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. Entrants agree that the conditions of submission set forth in these Official Rules, and all documents and agreements incorporated in these Official Rules by reference, solely govern the relationship between entrants and eBay in connection with this Sweepstakes. Entrants agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. Entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: ENTRANTS HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, AND TENTHWAVE DIGITAL LLC, THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, FACEBOOK AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND SHAREHOLDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASEES") FROM ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEYS' FEES), INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (COLLECTIVELY, "CLAIMS"), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, delayed, garbled, damaged, stolen or misdirected entries or submissions, or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of the Sweepstakes or modify these Official Rules at any time without notice, if in the judges' opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if any virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or integrity and proper play of the Sweepstakes or for any other reason in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may void any entries they suspect are at issue and award the prize from among all non-suspect eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR ANY ONLINE SERVICE RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such term or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the rules or interferes with the Sweepstakes in any manner. If an entrant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such entrant's eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by an individual to access any website associated with the Sweepstakes via a bot script or other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means will result in that individual's IP address and all entries from that IP address becoming ineligible. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.
10. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Eligible Participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
