eBay Search and Browse Basics
Before beginning, know the basics of how to find items on eBay. Try the following links to get you started:

Browse - See all the motorcycle makes you are interested in.
To find all the motorcycles of a particular make - start from the
Motorcycles page.
- Select the motorcycle make of interest from the category list to see all of the motorcycle listings of that make.
- You can then sort by mileage, year, or price by using the column headers.
Click again to reverse the sort.
Search - Narrow or broaden your list of results.
To narrow the list of motorcycles in your results, use search terms. Search is best used once you are already in the Motorcycles
category or one of the sub-categories (e.g., Honda), because then you'll only receive motorcycle results and not motorcycle parts or other items.
The easiest way to do this is to use the "Basic Search" box on the left-hand side of the listings pages. Please note that using
this search box will ONLY search within the current category; e.g., if you clicked "Harley-Davidson" from the Motorcycles page,
the search will only look within the "Harley-Davidson" motorcycle category.
- Advanced Search
If you want to broaden your search to find all motorcycles that match a model name, year, mileage range, or other criteria
(e.g., "cruiser"), use advanced search for Motorcycles.
This allows you to search within particular makes and customize your search in many ways. For example, you may select to
only search within specific price ranges or regions. Additionally, you may choose to exclude certain terms to further
narrow your search.
If you are interested in several different models and/or bikes with any of a collection of characteristics and want to find
all of the results in a single search, click on the "All items" tab of
Advanced Search. Once there, specify ALL of the terms on
which you want to search, select "Any of these words" from the drop down menu next to the "Search" button, and select "Motorcycles"
from the "Search in categories" drop-down menu to avoid searching in other eBay Motors categories (such as Parts).

Save this search.. Get results you want without having to retype your search every time. To check on your saved searches, click on the "my eBay" link at the top of every eBay Motors page to go to your "my eBay" page and then click on the "Favorites" tab at the top of that page. Alternatively, have your saved searches sent to you via email when new listings are added by selecting this option when you save your search.
