When you get to eBay Live! 2004 you should expect to:
- Visit the Main Lobby of Hall A to pick up your badge holder and eBay Live! conference bag at the registration counters.
The conference bag you receive when you check in includes a lot of important stuff you'll need during the conference:
- CD of course materials: You don't have to take a ton of notes during the eBay classes - we've done it for you. A copy of each presentation is on the CD in PowerPoint. Directions on how you can download PowerPoint will be in the Conference Guide.
- Notepad and pen: If you do decide to take notes, we've made it easy for you. There's an eBay pad and pen included.
- Treasure Quest: Use the treasure map to collect unique trading cards and collector pins! See which booths have stations where you can pick up those rare eBay Live! 2004 collectibles. Just look for the colorful stations in the locations that have been called out on your map. All you need to do is approach the station and ask for the collectible. Once you're given your collectible, you'll receive a stamp on your map as an honorary badge celebrating your accomplishment! It's fun!
- Conference Guide: One of the first things you should do when you arrive at eBay Live! is to read the Conference Guide. It will give you detailed information on new events, collectible give-aways, party information, The eBay Shop, and conference hours. It's important information and there's no better way to get a feel for the show than reading this!
- Attend the Welcome to eBay Live! Orientation at 11am on Thursday. (Don't forget to register for this when you sign up for classes!)
- Learn a lot! Go to your eBay University classes, visit the Solutions Center Expo Hall, and meet tons of eBay experts and employees.
- Meet new people! Talk to community members and eBay staff and make sure to network. It's one of the best ways to get the most out of your time while in New Orleans.
