Nobody knows eBay Live! like the people who've been here and done it. Read on and be inspired to leap into the eBay Live! 2004 Community Conference experience for yourself!
You can expect most of all to have FUN! To meet and become friends with other sellers and buyers, to meet the face behind that ID. Also meet the friendliest and caring eBay staff people, to see and hear that they really care about you and listen to your compliments and complaints, and suggest ways to help you as a seller or buyer. Expect there to be some eBay classes that cover topics that you are very interested in. Expect to be presented many collectible pins, trading cards, or something new eBay may have in mind for eBay Live! 2004. Expect to try to collect them all no matter what they may be. Expect to hear from the very top executives of eBay, where they feel eBay is going in 2005 and beyond. Expect to be able to go up to a microphone and ask these top executives that one question that you have been thinking about for years. eBay Live! is a great venue to learn about eBay, learn how to thrive and succeed on eBay. You will gain insight into tools you can use to run your business more smoothly. Attend classes to help expand your knowledge and meet eBay staff and other sellers just like you. It was an experience that will give you the same kind of memories as a class reunion. You will meet "friends" face to face. Have a chance to learn from other buyers and sellers. Attend seminars and classes to help you improve your selling/buying experience and to make eBay an easier site to navigate. There are seminars that will enrich your mind with a vast amount of great information on new products and methods…You will have the top eBay executives not only on-stage giving keynote speeches but they will be on the convention floor meeting you one on one. Do a fly-by of the whole convention floor. I discovered later that I had missed several booths I wished I'd seen. If you walk through and make notes about where you want to visit before you begin, you'll be better off. Don't skip the Welcome Reception or any of the Keynote Addresses. They are spectacular and you won't want to miss them. Last year we had Weird Al singing the eBay song. Meg and Pierre answered questions. Those who missed it were very sorry they had. Cell phones are essential for group communications…Comfortable shoes are a must for the conference. …the very best part is meeting face-to-face with those you've come to know on the boards and chat boards. Next are the eBay employees. After that it's the other stuff. Attending the eBay Live! community conference is a must for any seller! To begin with, this conference provides you with an unbelievable amount of insight and knowledge if you are contemplating how to take your part-time selling on eBay and make it your full-time job! | |||||||||||
