**eBay Top Sellers Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 am Pacific Time (PT) on February 14, 2006, and ends 11:59:59 pm PT on February 28, 2006 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older, who are confirmed registered eBay Sellers who do not have an eBay Store as of 2/14/06.
