Yes! Your opinions, information, and advice are kept strictly confidential and are used for research and design purposes only. Your information will be used strictly within our privacy policy.
 
How much time do you have to take a survey from the time you receive the email asking for your participation?
That will vary for each survey. It can be as little as overnight, or as much as a week.
 
What happens if you go to participate in a survey, but it has already ended?
Don't worry if you miss a survey. There may be another survey opportunity available in the near future.
 
What happens if you would like to decline to participate in a particular survey?
We understand that there may be times when you are unable to complete a survey. There is no pressure to respond to any survey. Hopefully, you will be able to respond to the next survey.
 
What happens if your email address or personal information changes after you join?
Your email address is how Keynote will contact you for survey opportunities, so we really appreciate your telling us when it changes. You can change your email address by logging into your Keynote panelist account and clicking on the link to 'Update Profile'. contact you, so we really appreciate it if you tell us when it changes.
 
What happens if you decide you no longer want to be part of the Consumer Panel?
You may decline to participate at any time. We appreciate you letting us know by emailing panel-support@Keynote.com. Please rest assured that we will respect your decision to decline further participation and will not try to dissuade you.
 
Why didn't you just provide a link to join the panel instead of making me follow instructions to Consumer Panel page on the eBay web site?
We are aware that currently there are a lot of emails going out with false links pretending to be eBay in an attempt to gather your personal information. We strive to make your experience as safe as possible, and as such are asking that you go to our site directly to sign up for the eBay Panel. By doing so, you can be completely sure that this is indeed sponsored by eBay. Thank you for your understanding.
 
What are the system requirements for the Keynote Connector?
  • Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP, or ME
  • Internet Explorer 5.01, 5.5 or 6.0
  • Pentium 166 or higher
  • 1MB disk space
How long does the download take?
  • On a high speed connection, it takes approximately 8-10 seconds
  • On a dial-up connection, it takes approximately 1 minute When I use the Keynote Connector, what does it track and when?
    You must use the Keynote Connector to perform a survey. During the survey, once an objective or specified part of the survey has been completed, a brief upload will send Keynote information about the pages you have browsed. Comments you have provided and/or the answers to the questions that you were asked will be uploaded at the end of the survey. When you are not actively participating in a survey, we do not track your movements on the Web. No information is uploaded to us apart from the data gathered during live customer experience surveys.
     
    How do I uninstall the Keynote Connector?
    1. Under the Start menu in Windows, click on Control Panel.
    2. Double-click on Add or Remove Programs.
    3. From the list of installed programs, choose Keynote Connector.
    4. Click on the Remove button.
    5. When prompted to uninstall Keynote Connector click OK.
    Some files may remain locked or in use and cannot be immediately removed, but they will be removed the next time you restart your computer.
