Frequently Asked Questions - Revise Your Item 2.0

1. What is Revise Your Item 2.0?
   Revise Your Item 2.0 is our new and improved version of the Revise Your Item form and related features, which includes the following enhancements:
   • Easier revising process. Upon choosing to revise an item, a seller will be taken to a page similar to the Review & Submit page of Sell Your Item 2.0. This will let the seller jump directly to the sections they wish to revise. To make the revision process easier, this page will only display those areas that can be edited.
   • Single feature for all related functions. With Revise Your Item 2.0, there is no need to use different features to change an item's category, add a counter or edit the description. All related functions will be available in one easy location.
   • The ability to promote items after listing. With Revise Your Item 2.0, sellers can add more promotional features, such as bold and highlight, to improve their listing after it has been submitted. Sellers can also add pictures to their active listings using eBay Picture Services, powered by iPIX.
   • Other features adapted from Sell Your Item 2.0. Revise Your Item 2.0 will include many of the features released with Sell Your Item 2.0, including improved data retention, better error handling and customization depending on feature eligibility.

2. When will Revise Your Item 2.0 be released?
   Revise Your Item 2.0 will be available starting in the middle of June. Watch the Announcement Board for updates on the timing!

3. How do I use Revise Your Item 2.0?
   If you list an item using Sell Your Item 2.0, you will automatically use Revise Your Item 2.0 for that item. Once Sell Your Item 2.0 becomes the default later in June, most items will also use Revise Your Item 2.0. The exception will be items listed with the old Sell Your Item form.

4. What will happen to the old Revise Your Item features?
   The old Revise Your Item form features will be available for a brief period for sellers using the old Sell Your Item form. Since supporting two sets of features requires additional engineering and support resources, we will eventually remove the old Revise Your Item features.

5. Can I still use the old Revise Your Item features?
   In the near term, the old Revise Your Item features will be available for items listed with the old Sell Your Item form. Because we will eventually be removing the old Revise Your Item features, however, we encourage you to start using Sell Your Item 2.0 and Revise Your Item 2.0.

6. How can I get help with Revise Your Item 2.0?

7. How will it affect selling tools, including Mister Lister and Seller's Assistant?
   Revise Your Item 2.0 will complement eBay selling tools and will not require you to download anything new. In addition, one of the reasons for launching this initially as a pilot is to give third party selling tool providers time to make any adjustments needed during our pilot period.
