| When will the changes take effect? The new Real Estate price structure is effective March 7th. Why are you changing the Real Estate pricing? The sub-categories in Real Estate are unique markets, with different average selling prices. The flat fee applied to all sub-categories is not the best pricing structure. Applying a different price structure to each category more realistically reflects each of these markets. What if I submit a Real Estate listing before March 7th, but the listing ends after March 7th? Will I pay the new fees? All listings submitted on or after March 7th will be subject to the new pricing structure. For listings submitted prior to March 7th, the old pricing will apply. Why can't Real Estate listings be listed in two categories? The ability to list in two categories has never been an option for the Real Estate ad format listings. The ability to list in two categories created technical difficulty for binding auction listings, which will be introduced later this year. |
