Dear eBay Community:

Last month we previewed new listings pages to you which included tabs for the gallery as well as local trading. You had a number of comments on those pages which we've incorporated into our design and we are almost ready to release the new listings pages.

Please take a look at the pages (the link is below) and tell us what you think by posting to the Soapbox (part of our community discussion boards). We'll be keeping an eye out for your feedback, and we'll do our best to answer any of your questions there.

What we are changing on Listings pages:

  1. We have altered the way the pages look to make them cleaner and to make it easier for a user to navigate between categories on listings.
  2. We have added a Gallery tab and an "all items including gallery preview" tab to the Listings pages to help buyers who like shopping by images.
  3. We have added regional functionality to the Listings pages so that now you can see items located within a specific region. This function is already available in Search. Having this feature available in Listings will make finding items located nearby even easier - thus saving time, shipping costs, etc. At this time we'll only have the top ten regions broken out on the listings pages. We'll have the others completed, hopefully, by the end of summer.

When you take a look at the new Listings pages, please note that this feature is being previewed and that the information contained on those pages will not be current.
