A tips for sellers feature focuses on helping you ensure optimal selling success. See what some of our sellers suggest you do to have positive transactions.

"It's Happening In... January" lets you know about special days you may or may not be aware of this month. Did you know this month is National Hot Tea Month? What about Be Good to Yourself Week, January 18-24?

Employee Spotlight lets you get to know our employees a little better. Since this is our first issue, we salute our first eBay employee - Chris, our Billing Administrator.

We also want you to get to know other members of the eBay community. eBay personal pages are showcased as we feature some of our members' About Me pages. Check out these great About Me pages and get to know other buyers and sellers. You'll likely be encouraged to create your own About Me page!

If you're ready for a few chuckles, you won't want to miss the advice from our resident know-it-alls Uncle Griff and Aunt Flossie. Ask them for an opinion on an eBay-related issue, and their fingers fly across their keyboards. We bet our virtual relatives can give you better advice than your own flesh and blood!

So in honor of the new year, raise that cup of hot chocolate for a January toast: Here's to life... eBay Life!
