Q. My problem now is that for 2 weeks I have gotten a message between pages 2 and 3 when I try to relist my items. The message comes up that reads, "Do you want to run and install Active X Control signed on 4/16/2002 3:03 PM..." This message delays the relist 2 to 3 times what it would normally take. This is very frustrating and time consuming. Signed, Frustrated A. Hello Frustrated Your browser needs to be reset so that it accepts and maintains ActiveX controls. ActiveX is a name for special mini-applications that run within your web browser and help it do special tasks like using the full version of eBay Picture Services. Normally, the ActiveX control needed for a task is only downloaded once but your web browser is not currently set to accept and keep the necessary controls. Here's how to reset your web browser:
