While the listing is active, your Payment information
(e.g. Shipping & Handling costs, Payment Instructions)
will appear at the bottom of the listing.

After the listing ends, your Payment information
( such as Shipping & Handling costs or Payment Instructions)
will appear at the top of your listing. The Pay Now button will
allow your buyer to start the payment process.
If you do not want buyers to pay you through the eBay payment system, go to the Checkout & Payment
Preferences page in My eBay and select the "No, Do Not Display eBay's Checkout Button" option.
