Shout! Elmo

Elmo already makes toddlers want to shout, but now they can sing too as their favorite furry red friend sings and dances to the party tune, “Shout!” Kids and adults alike will giggle when they press Elmo’s left foot and he moves his arms and legs up in the air as the music plays loudly and crouches down as the music gets softer, just like the classic dance.
