Intuit QuickBooks Connect and Outright are third party applications that can help you import and store your eBay transaction history (including sales, expenses, eBay/PayPal fees) and can help you prepare for taxes. You can subscribe to these applications at the Apps Center. (Note: The Apps Center is available only on eBay.com at this time)

Need your transaction history?

You can download transaction information as a comma-delimited or tab-delimited file, and then open it using any spreadsheet program, such as Microsoft Excel. You can also upload the file into your bookkeeping or accounting solution, such as Quicken or QuickBooks.

There are a couple of ways to download your information:
  • Download 90 days of transaction history using eBay File Exchange. File Exchange is free – subscribe today.
  • Download up to 7 years of transaction information through PayPal’s History Log. The History Log keeps a record of all your PayPal transactions, including your fees and refunds. Learn more.

    If you have a PayPal business account, you can get more detailed information via the PayPal transaction detail report. Transaction detail reports are available for download only through FTP. To obtain access to PayPal transaction reports, contact your PayPal account manager. You can also call PayPal customer support at 1-888-221-1161 or get help online.
